The Grand Holland Tour starts in the morning in the centre of Amsterdam. First we’ll take you to Madurodam in the Hague, where you can watch the Netherlands in miniature. Afterwards we’ll bring you to the Binnenhof, where the dutch government is housed in the oldest parliament building of Europe. In the Hague you’ll visit Noordeinde Palace and the Peace Palace. Once visited the Hague, we’ll go on to Delft where you can view the famous Delft Blue earthenware. From delft we’ll bring you to Rotterdam, home to the largest port and industrial complex in Europe. Rotterdam, which was destroyed by German bombers, is now known for its modern architecture which is designed by world famous architects.

From the old fishing village Volendam with it’s beautiful harbor, fish trade and the beautiful traditional costume you’re going to Marken. Marken is a former island which is now a peninsula in the Marker Lake. Marken is also a traditional town where the original dutch tradition is honored. After visiting Marken, we’ll bring you to Alkmaar, the city which is known as the city of cheese. In Alkmaar you’ll visit the Zaanse Schans, which is a unique village in the Netherlands with wooden houses, traditional windmills, old barns and traditional workplaces which bring you back to the 18th and 19th century.
